Penny’s Pomme Burger

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup sweetened applesauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon Taragon
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
Cheese (American, Chedder, Meunster, or Swiss)
Buns (Sesame or plain)

Instructions

Using your hands, mix together in a bowl all of the following ingredients (1 lb ground beef,1/4 cup sweetened applesauce,2 Tablespoons Worshchester Sauce, 2 Tablespoons Italian Dressing, 1 teaspoon Taragon, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt). Form into 4" round, patties. Ready to cook on the grill…!!! Best if cooked Medium. Add your favorite cheese to burger as it comes off the grill and put it on a bun with your favorite condiments. Recipe will make 4 to 6 burgers depending on the thickness of burger. SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE SUTTER HOME WINE!!!
