Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 crisp ripe peaches, pitted and quartered
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 4 oz prosciutto
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 12 cocktail skewers
  • Honey

Recipe Instructions

  1. To assemble your skewers, carefully wrap peach slices with prosciutto. Then thread a prosciutto-wrapped peach slice, ball of mozzarella, and basil leaves onto skewers.
  2. Drizzle honey when served.
