Wine Varietal: White Zinfandel
Ingredients
1 lb. ground sirloin
2 tbls. steak sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbls. spicy brown mustard
3 tbls. pickle relish
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet vadalia onion
Instructions
Pour yourself a nice big glass of Sutter Home White Zinfindel to drink while mixing. Send Husband to start the charcoal grill(one of the keys to the "best" burgers, charcoal, not gas grill) Using a large fork, better yet, your own clean fingers, fold in all ingredients until just blended. Shape into hamburger roll size burgers and place on hot grill. Cook until your preference, medium well is popular at our house, and then pour another glass of Sutter Home for yourself and enjoy.
