NOT YOUR MAMMA’S BURGER
Wine Varietal: Zinfandel
Ingredients
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 tsp. chopped cilantro
2 tsp. hot sauce
2 tsp. cumin
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
1 pat butter for each burger
1 cup Sutter Home Zinfindel
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure the soup gets fully incorporated. Divide into 1/2 lb. burgers Take a pat butter for each burger, opening up the center of the burger and placing the butter in the middle. CLose over. Pour Sutter Home over the burgers, letting it soak in.
