Muy Bueno Mexican Burger
Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 cup quick oatmeal, uncooked
2 tbs Sutter Home Cabernet
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup hot chili sauce, plus a little extra for topping after
1 organic egg
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form into patties. Grill or broil over medium heat for about 6 minutes per side, or until cooked throughout.
