Morel Burger

Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir

Ingredients

One and 1/2 pounds of ground beef 90% lean
1/4 pound of ground Morels
One Egg
1/8 C Bread Crumbs
1/8 C Vidalia Onion
Mix and make into 4-6 burgers
Cook on the grill until desired doneness.
Enjoy with a glass of cool Pinot Noir
