Mom’s Sneaky Burgers

Ingredients

1 # extra lean ground beef
1/2 # ground turkey
1 small carrot
1/2 small onion
1/2 stalk celery
1Tbs Grey Poupon
2 Tbs steak sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoning salt
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

In large bowl mix ground beef and ground turkey. In food processor mince carrot, onion and celery. Add to meat mixture. Add Grey Poupon, steak sauce garlic powder, seasoning salt and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and shape into six large burgers or eight small, if for childen. Spray grill skillet with cooking spray and cook over medium heat until desire doneness. Serve on buns with cheese and condiments if desired.
