Maes Spicecy Burger

Ingredients

l pound of hamburger meat(lean)
1/2 cup of finely chopped onions
l/4 teaspoon of hot sause
4 pieces of thinly sliced pieces of pepper jack cheese
tomatoes slices (thickness to own desire)
lettuce leaves(washed)
pickle slices if you want
mayo or mustard or ketchup if you want
Hamburger buns

Instructions

Mix in the hot sauce and finely chopped onions ito the hamburger meat. Form the meat in to patties ( Recipie makes four)
cook the patties til they are well cooked at 180 degrees minmum. When patties are cooked place on hamburger buns. cover with lettuce, tomatoes,pickles and pepper jack cheese,and use what ever kind of sandwich spread you like.
