Left Over Turkey Burger

Ingredients

1 lb more or less of left over turkey bits and pieces or ground turkey
2 cups left over mashed potatoes(preferably garlic mashed potatoes)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup left over cranberry sauce
1/2 cup marmalade(orange or lemon)
12 slices of precooked bacon 6 potato hamburger rolls

Instructions

In large bowl combine turkey ,potatoes and onions.Form into at least 6 patties. In another bowl combine cranberry sauce and marmalade Over medium heat grill turkey patties until light brown. Place each patty on a bun bottom,top each patty with marmalade sauce add optional one or two slices of bacon put bun top on and serve.
