Lava Java Burger

Ingredients

1 pound of lean ground beef
2 tbsp of black coffee
1 tbsp marsala wine
1 tsp frozen parsley
2 tsp finely chopped onion salt/pepper
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp minced garlic lettuce tomato
Sesame seed bun toasted

Instructions

Melt butter w/garlic and onion and cook on medium heat, next mix in marsala wine wait one minute for marsala to bubble. Take pan of stove add meat and mix through. Splash the coffee and sprinkle parsley/salt and pepper. Mix well and form patties. Saute patties in little butter to taste and serve on seseme bun w/lettuce/tomato.
