Ingredients
1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup onion
1 pound ground beef
2 tbsp milk
Instructions
Mix milk and stuffing mix in bowl, set aside.
Mix ground beef, onion and egg. Add stuffing mixture to beef mixture. Form into four patties. Grill over hot charcoals.
