Jalapeno Bacon Cheese Burger
Wine Varietal: Chenin Blanc
Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup Jalapeno's
1 tsp Chili powder
1 cup Pineapple
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper Swiss cheese sliced
Pineapple slices
Lettuce (Romaine)
Mayonnaise
Chipolte Peppers
1 tsp sugar Bacon
Hamburger buns
1 Tomato sliced
Instructions
Combine minced 1 cup Jalapeno peppers and and 1 cup minced Pineapple to ground beef. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder and mix well. Mince 1 or 2 small Chipolte peppers and add to one cup Mayonaise with sugar to make a chipolte mayonaise. Cook burgers with bacon to your liking. Toast hamburger buns, add burger, bacon, and cheese. Top off with Lettuce, slice of pineapple, tomato, and chipolte mayanaise. Enjoy!
