Italian Popeye Burger

Ingredients

Ground Beef (leaner the better)
1 Lb. Spinach (Fresh)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup (Grated)
Sutterhome Chardonay 1/4 Cup
1 tsp. Oregano(if fresh double)
1/2 tsp. Basil (if fresh double)
1 tsp. Garlic (fresh 1/2 clove)
Kosher salt and pepper to taste (fresh ground works best)

Instructions

Mix together and patty out…top with a little pepper and kosher salt. Grill or fry to desired tempurature. Enjoy with an Itallian dressing and whole wheat bun with a little fresh spinach or top with regular toppings. (ketchup, mustard, etc.) And the remainder of the Sutterhome Chardonay and marinated tomatoes with parmesan and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy
