H&W Burguers
Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef (85-93% lean)
2-3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon of minced garlic (I used stuff from the jar)
1-2 teaspoons of minced onion
Instructions
Mix ingredients (I ususally use my hands) and make into patties. We feel these burgers are best grilled or cooked on a indoor grill. Add what toppings you prefer.
