Grilless Burgers
Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir
Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
1 1/2 T minced ginger
1 1/2 T minced garlic
3 T minced onion
2 T minced jalepeno
2 T worcestershire
2 T red wine
salt
pepper
Instructions
Mince the ginger, garlic, onion, and jalepeno and add to meat. Add worchestershire, red wine, salt and pepper. Mix. Form into patties and grill, if you have one, if not pan fry.
