Green Chile Bacon Burger
Wine Varietal: White Zinfandel
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1/4 bacon
1 egg
4 or 5 roasted New Mexico green chiles
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp onion
salt
Instructions
1.Dice bacon and cook till 3/4 done. 2.Peel and chop chiles. 3.Mix bacon, chiles and ground beef. 4.Add beaten egg and work throughout the mixture, 5.Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion salt don't forget to mix. 6.Grill to desired temperature. 7.On the bottom bun place avocado slices. 8.On the top bun spread the jalapeno mustard.
