Garlic Parmesan Shrimp
Ingredients
- Burger:
- 1/2 Pound shrimp, minced
- 1 Garlic bulb, chopped
- 1 Cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1-2 Eggs
- 8 Ounces parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1-2 Tablespoons seafood seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon white pepper
- 1 Teaspoon tomato sauce
- Olive oil Optional Toppings:
- Shallots, chopped
- Basil leaves
- Oregano
Instructions
- 1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl 2. Fry in olive oil on medium-high flame for 4 to 5 minutes on each side (until brown on top) 3. Top with tomato sauce, chopped shallots, basil, and oregano
