garlic-cheese burger

Ingredients

ground round
olive oil
bread crumbs (with parsley, onion powder, paprika, cayenee powder, oregano)
egg
smoked bacon
herb & garlic cheese
salt
pepper
tomato sauce

Instructions

1 lb. ground round add 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil add a handful of homemade bread crumbs one egg 4 slices of thick hickory bacon (cubed) one container of boursin cheese 4-6 tbs tomato sauce salt and pepper to taste mix all let sit 1-4 hours in patties grill to perfection!
