Funky Mushroom Euro
Ingredients
- 2oz grass fed beef
- 2oz pasteurized lamb
- Cremini mushrooms
- Goat cheese
- Sauteed onions
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Red onion
Instructions
- 2oz grass fed beef mixed in with 2oz pasteurized lamb and 1oz Pennsylvania cremini mushrooms. Mix all together to make a perfect patty. Next put on grill and cook on both sides for 2 minuets. Then we will top the burger with goat cheese, sauteed onions and more cremini mushrooms. Served on martins potato roll with lettuce, tomato and red onion.
- Perfect temperature would be 140*/145* medium.
