Flavorful Fun Burger

Ingredients

Low fat ground beef
onion flakes
low carb bread crumbs
chopped sundried tomatoes
ground peppercorns
barbeque sauce
parmesean cheese
basil

Instructions

I mix my beef with all of the above ingredients, adding them in one at a time so they can be fully mixed in. When finished I grill on the barbeque and serve cooked to the temperature requested. They are always a crowd pleaser.
