Fire Isand Beach Burger

Ingredients

large rectangle loaf of asiago cheese bread sliced
extra virgin olive oil or butter
6 fresh ground beef burgers of your choosing
6 sanwich size slices of havarti cheese
one 8 to 16 oz bag of baby arugula or your favorite field greens
one 16 oz jar mango tomato salsa
one 8 oz container of caliente guacamole

Instructions

Place 6 beef burgers on outdoor grill and cook to your liking / avoid undercooked very rare meat
lightly butter or rub one side of 12 slices of bread and put oiled side down on grill after flipping burgers and placing one slice of havarti cheese on each burger/ or make empty sandwiches out of 2 pieces and place in home pannini press to grill off / wash arugula and dry on towel or use a salad spinner
place grilled bread on plate and top with burger, than baby arugula, guacamole, mango salsa and then your top bread grilled side out. enjoy
