Après-Ski Triple Ginger Bacon Burgers

Not only do I love the taste of a great burger, but also the textural combination of the ingredients and how it “feels” in my mouth. I wanted to create a burger that was sweet and spicy, crunchy and juicy, with a chewy candied bacon topping, all wrapped up from the first bite to the last. Beware! This burger is deliciously addicting!
