Erika’s Burgers – The Best. Period.
Wine Varietal: Merlot
Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck
1 lb Sausage
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1/2 cup Sutter Home Merlot
1/2 cup dried minced onion
1/4 cup Season Salt
1/4 cup Ground Pepper
1 ounce of Love
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Pre heat grill on high and cover, while preparing patties. Adjust heat setting on grill to low heat, place patties on grill, NOT directly on flame. Cook uncovered. Flip burgers frequently till the patty is dark amber in color.
