1 lb of ground turkey(seasoned)
1 cup of wild rice
2 cups sutter chardonnay
2 tbsp italian salad dressing
1 chopped white onion

cook rice & wine until wine is absorbed. mix all ingredients together. form patties and fry. add favorite toppings
