Dragonfly Manor Devilish Burger
Wine Varietal: Pinot Grigio
Ingredients
1 lb of Angus ground beef (85% lean)
1 T. minced onion
1 T. minced garlic
1 t. ground cumin
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
3 shakes of chipolte hot sauce
Instructions
Mix together with your hands and make 4 quarter pounders… Grill until medium and top with slice of cheddar cheese …serve on a good old fashioned hamburger roll!
