Double Merlot Mediterranean Burgers
Wine Varietal: Merlot
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/4 C italian bread crumbs
1/4 C merlot wine
1 Tbsp blackberry wildflower honey
1/8 C moroccan garlic sauce
2 Tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp ginger
1 C romano cheese, grated
1/2 C red onion, chopped
2 tsp basil
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Mix all the above ingredients in the order given above. Shape into four patties and grill. Serve on hamburger buns with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, hamburger relish, lettuce and merlot.
