Wine Varietal: White Merlot
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 can black beans rinsed
1/2 box cream cheese
3/4 cup of crushed tortilla chips
1/2 jar salsa (you pick the heat!)
shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix cream cheese and salsa together. Salt and pepper meat and mix into cheese mixture. Add crushed chips add shredded cheese and rinsed black beans. Be careful not to smoosh the beans, just fold in carfully. The mixture is ready for the grill. Cook and serve with wine~ YUMMY!!!
