Del Vecchio Burger
Wine Varietal: White Merlot
Ingredients
2 lbs. of 90% lean ground beef.
1 bag of "Kettle Yougart Green Onion Chips"
1 small onion
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
5 Tablespoons of Italian grated cheese
3 Tablespoons of dried or fresh parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the food processor, except the ground beef, and blend until fine. Work this into the ground beef and make patties. Fry, grill or broil Serve on a bun or Kaiser Roll with your favorite toppings.
