Chili Cheese Burger
Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 garlic powder
1 large onion finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 pack of mexican cheese grated
1tsp. red pepper flakes
1 sliced avacado
1 sliced tomato
lettuce
Instructions
Put ground chuck in large bowl then mix all ingredients in bowl except the sliced avacado. Then pat out and put on grill until done. Then put on a sour dough bun with the sliced avacado and sliced tomato, and lettuce. A little mix of mustard, ketchup,grated cheese, and mayo on top of the burger.
