2 pounds ground beef,
1 pound ground turkey,
1 package knorr onion soup mix,
1/4 cup bread crumbs/panko,
1 egg yolk.

Instructions
2 pounds ground beef, 1 pound ground turkey, 1 package knorr onion soup mix, 1/4 cup bread crumbs/panko, 1 egg yolk. Mix all together in big bowl. Form into big patty and cut in half or form into little patties and add shredded or crumbled cheese of choice (blue, jack, american, cheddar – whatever) and smoosh together. Grill, bake or cook via your favorite method. Add sliced cheese/condiments of your choice on top.
