Caesar Burger

Wine Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients

Burger
2 lb ground beef (no more than 30% fat)
2 T anchovy paste
2 T Worchestershire sauce
Fresh ground pepper
Sauce (lemon aioli)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 large garlic cloves
1 T Worchestershire sauce
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 Sour dough buns or ciabiatti buns
Romaine lettuce leaves

 

Instructions

Grease insert for grill and heat to 400 degrees. Combine burger ingredients, form into patties to fit shape of buns and grill until center is done, turning once. Combine sauce ingredients in blender or food processor. Heat buns on top shelf of grill or very carefully toast on grill. Ladle sauce on buns, add burger patty with more sauce on top and add romaine leaves.
