Burger Benedict
Wine Varietal: Merlot
Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck
salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
2 tsp yellow mustard
4 sandwich size english muffins
4 eggs
1 pkg hollandaise sauce mix
1 bunch of green onions chopped
Instructions
mix beef, salt, pepper and mustard together….form 4 patties grill or pan fry prepare hollandaise sauce according to directions…..keep warm poach eggs toast english muffins place burger on top of english muffin, top with egg and hollandaise..garnish with green onions, top with other english muffin.
