Bryan’s Hickory Bacon Cheddar Burger

Wine Varietal: White Zinfandel

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 large egg
3/4 cup of chopped cooked bacon
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Hickory Smoke BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
4 Kaiser Rolls
1 Tomato
1/4 head of lettuce
1 small red onion

 

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, egg, bacon, cheddar cheese, half of the bbq sauce and italian seasoning. Mix until well blended. Divide into 4 equal size patties. Place on a pre-heated grill. Cook approx 5 minutes on each side or until desired done'ness. Split the Kaiser rolls and place burger on bottom portion of the bun. Top with lettuce, tomato and sliced onion. (Extra BBQ Sauce if desired) ENJOY!
