Wine Varietal: White Merlot
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 15 1/2 oz black beans drained
1 avocado sliced thin
1 red onion sliced thin
1 8 oz sour cream
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 16 oz jar salsa
1 large tomato sliced into 6 slices
6 slices pepper jack cheese
6 circular onion rolls
Instructions
Mash black beans with a fork until coarsely ground. Mix beans and pork together and form into 6 patties. Grill burgers on outdoor gas grill for 25 minutes. Grill open faced the rolls for 3 minutes.Place cheese on top of burgers and heat for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Place the burgers on the buns and top onion, avocado, sour cream, tomato, and salsa on top of the burgers.
