Bob’s Best
Ingredients
- 1 Pound ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1/4 Cup onion, finely diced
- 6 Slices pepper jack cheese
- 12 Sour dill pickle slices
- Ketchup (used to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients together, well
- 2. Make into 6 patties
- 3. Put on grill, flip twice — cook until done to personal taste
- 4. Place muffin halves on the grill for a slight char
- 5. Before removing from grill, top each burger with a slice of cheese; after 15 seconds, remove and assemble all pieces
- 6. Top with pickles and ketchup
- 7. Enjoy!
