Wine Varietal:

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup onion, finely diced
  • 6 Slices pepper jack cheese
  • 12 Sour dill pickle slices
  • Ketchup (used to taste)

Instructions

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, well
  • 2. Make into 6 patties
  • 3. Put on grill, flip twice — cook until done to personal taste
  • 4. Place muffin halves on the grill for a slight char
  • 5. Before removing from grill, top each burger with a slice of cheese; after 15 seconds, remove and assemble all pieces
  • 6. Top with pickles and ketchup
  • 7. Enjoy!
