Blue Cheese Delight
Wine Varietal: Merlot
Ingredients
1 lb. ground chuck
1 small onion diced
1 tablespoon worchester sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
2 cloves finely diced garlic
1 portabella mushroom
1 slice mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Form patties and grill til cooked as your like them. Place mushroom and mozzarella cheese on burger after turning to heat and melt. Place cooked burger on bun and add your favorite toppings.
