bleus burger
Wine Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc
Ingredients
2 lbs hamburger
1 med onion diced
2 tbs worchestershire
2 tbs horseradish
2 tbs peanutbutter
couple dashes red pepper flakes
couple dashes garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 c mayo
1 tbs curry powder
blue cheese
ciabatta buns
lettuce, tomato, sliced onion (optional, but tasty)
Instructions
combine hamburger, onion, worschestershire, horseradish, peanut butter, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and garlic. divide into 8 burgers combine mayo and curry powder. set aside grill burgers to desired doneness, top with bleu cheese brown buns on grill spread curried mayo on buns, add the bleu burgers, top with lettuce, tomato, and onion (lettuce, tomato, and onion optional, but always good on a burger!)
