Wine Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. italian sausage
1 small onion chopped
1 8oz can chopped green chilies
1 clove garlic minced
swiss cheese to be melted on top of burger when done grilling
buns to have burger served on
any condiments you would like served on top, mustard, ketchup, pickles, lettuce, onions….

 

Instructions

combine ground beef, italian sausage, onions, green chilies, garlic. When well combined, depending on the thickness you like your burgers, grab a good portion of the mixture and form by hand into burger patties and grill to the doneness you prefer.
