Big Blue Bacon

Wine Varietal:


  • 2 Pounds ground beef
  • 1Tablespoonsnature’s seasoning (mix of salt, pepper,garlic powder)
  • 2TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  • Crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices of crispy bacon
  • Sliced onion, tomato, avocado, and kosher dill pickles
  • 6 brioche buns


  • Mix ground beef, seasonings or your choice, worchestershire sauce.
  • Pat out six patties
  • Grill to an internal temp of 160 degrees
  • Top with crumbled blue cheese and a slice of sharp cheddar
  • Add two slices of crispy cooked bacon to each burger
  • Add sliced fresh avocado
  • Serve on brioche bun with sliced onion, tomato, and kosher dill pickles
  • Serve with Cabernet Sauvignon
