BBQ Turkey Burger

Wine Varietal: White Merlot

Ingredients

2 lb Groung Turkey
1 cup Itailan Bread Crumbs
1/2 Onion- Cooked until soft
1/4 – 1/2 tablespoon Fat Free Egg Product
1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper
2 cans Tomato Sauce
3 tablespoons white vinegar
4 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Whie Buns
Mayonnaise
lettuce
Cheese

 

Instructions

Mix together Ground Turkey, Italian Bread Crumbs, Cooked Onion, Egg Product, Ground Pepper and 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce. Form into burger patties and set aside. Mix together remaining Tomato Sauce, White Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Dijon Mustard, and Worcestershire- Mix Well! Place Burgers on a preheated grill and baste with sauce as needed until burgers are done. Serve on White buns with mayonnaise and lettuce. Add cheese and Enjoy!
