BBQ Mushroom Ranch Burgers
Wine Varietal: White Zinfandel
Ingredients
Lean ground beef 3lbs
1/4 cup Fresh Mushrooms chopped
seasoning 2 Tbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup of Ranch salad dressing
Garlic salt.
Instructions
Pre-heat the grill Mix all of the ingredients together form the patties and place on a hot grill for 2 minutes and then turn down the heat to low or move to outer edges of the grill and cook 4 minutes and then turn them over and cook the other side. You can prepare the buns with what erver condiments you wish or as I do i eat them with out the buns because I can't have gluten.
