Wine Varietal: White Zinfandel

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup barbacue sauce
1/3 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup bacon, crubled
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
6 hamburger buns, split toppings of your choice

 

Instructions

In a bowl, combine egg, pepper, bacon, 1/4 barbacue sauce, garlic salt, and salt. Crumble beef over mixture; mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Grill, covered, for 6-8 minutes on each side. Baste with remainder of barbacue sauce during last five minutes.
