Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Skewers

Ingredients

Bacon(thinner bacon works better)
Asparagus
pepper
lemon wedges
bamboo skewers

Instructions

Soak bamboo skewers in water.
Trim woody ends from asparagus and snap in half.
Cut bacon strips in half.
Wrap half a strip a bacon around half an asparagus spear and skewer.
Repeat until skewer is full.
Finish skewering bacon wrapped asparagus.
Lay on grill, pepper skewers, and cook on all sides until done-bacon nice and crispy.
Serve with lemon wedges.
