avocado burger
Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
1# butcher shop ground chuck
1- tsp. mustard
1- tablespoon ketchup
1- tsp. season salt
1 tablespoon sutter home wine (cab. sauvig)
1- small handful of crushed snyder's barbeque pretzels
1- tablespoon colavita e.v. olive oil
1-california avocado
1- bag kettle potato chips
4- bakery buns
Instructions
in large bowl mix ground chuck, mustard, ketchup,season salt, sutter home wine,crushed pretzels. mix thoroughly- form 4 patties. start up turbo grill from barbeques galore-allow to heat to medium temp. brush both sides of burger with olive oil before placing on the grill.grill on one side- after flipping the burger once, add thin slice of avocado. grill until correct doneness.serve on toasted buns with kettle chips and wine.
