All-American Burger

Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir

Ingredients

2 pounds ground chuck
1 cup salt-and-black pepper
kettle cooked chips – crushed
3 tablespoons Steak Sauce
Vegetable oil for grill
6 Kaiser rolls – sliced in half
6 slices American cheese
2 large tomatoes – sliced
6 pickle slices
1/2 cup prepared coleslaw

 

Instructions

Combine ground chuck, chips, and A1 Sauce. Form into 6 patties. Oil grill. Place patties on grill and cook for 10 minutes on medium-high with lid closed. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Place patties on rolls and top with cheese, tomato slices, pickle slices, and coleslaw.
