A-1 Burger

Ingredients

1 lb. Organically grown ground round

3 Tbs. A-1 sauce – mix into meat thoroughly.

Freshly ground pepper and sea salt to taste.

Grill over charcoal fire to desired doneness (medium rare works best).

Serve on whole wheat hamburger bun with thin slice of yellow onion and catsup.
