Feeling tropical? Our Pinot Colada is your ticket to a summer escape, no plane needed! This delightful blend of pineapple and creamy coconut, mixed with the crisp notes of Pinot Grigio, will transport your taste buds straight to paradise.

Ingredients:
• 2 Sutter Home Wines Pinot Grigio mini bottles (chilled)
● 1 cup pineapple juice (chilled)
● 1/4 cup cream of coconut
● 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
● 1 tablespoon lime juice
● Ice cubes (optional, for desired consistency)
● Pineapple slices and Pineapple leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, cream of coconut, frozen pineapple chunks, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if needed.
2. Adjust sweetness or tartness with more pineapple juice or lime juice.
3. Pour into two glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice and leaf.
4. Add one mini bottle upside down to each glass as a floater.
