Build a Better Burger Finalists Announced

Sutter Home Family Vineyards is proud to reveal the 10 finalist recipes of the 2012 Sutter Home Build a Better Burger® Recipe Contest, the Napa Valley winery’s search for the nation’s best burger recipe. Finalists from around the country will compete for the $100,000 grand prize for the most mouth-watering beef burger, and $15,000 will go to the winning alternative burger in a cook-off at the Sutter Home Winery in St. Helena, California, on May 18, 2013.

Sutter Home is excited to feature the sponsors of the 2012 Sutter Home Build a Better Burger® Recipe Contest, including KING’S HAWAIIAN®, Wholly Guacamole, The Beef Checkoff, a producer-funded marketing and research program designed to increase demand for beef; The California Milk Advisory Board, representing Real California dairy products with the Real California Milk and Real California Cheese seals; and Kitchen Aid. As new sponsors for the 2013 Sutter Home Build a Better Burger® Recipe Contest which begins on April 1, 2013, Weber-Stephen Products LLC and Kettle Brand® Chips will be present at the May 18, 2013 cook-off to help kick-off the 2013 contest.
