Michigan Party Burger
Wine Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Ingredients
1lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
1/2 cup Vernors (can use Canada Dry)
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 cups Lays potato chips ( can use your favorite)
Instructions
Place ground chuck in bowl and break up
Chop the onion to a small dice and add to bowl.
Add the Vernors (or the Canada Dry)
Add the mustard
Add salt and pepper
Mix until all incorporated
