Wine Varietal: Merlot

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound ground beef (about 20% fat)
5 ounce bag Kettle yogurt and green onion chips, crushed finely in food processor
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
6 plain white hamburger buns
Kraft mayonnaise
Romaine lettuce leaves
ketchup
Vlasic ovals

 

Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Form 6 round patties. Grill indirectly 4 inches from charcoals for 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Toast buns on grill and lay cheddar over hot patties. Top bottom buns with mayo, lettuce, ketchup, patties and pickle. Spread top bun with mayonnaise and serve.
